Dear Star 99.1,
Over many years I've heard genuine and sincere prayer requests from Star 99.1 listens and supporters. Today, I sincerely request our listeners and supporters to pray for my church. Our church's 50th anniversary is coming up and we are faced with a spiritual dilemma. The previous Senior Pastor retired about 2 1/2 years ago and we have installed a new Senior Pastor since then and at the present, our current Pastor was asked to resign for a number of ethical issues and concerns and he accepted the terms of resignation. I am aware that this hardship is common amongst many Christian faith based churches and I would like for ALL Star listeners and supporters to pray for our ministry that has served the community and families for 50 years. We sincerely ask the Holy Spirit to lead our Elders and the leadership team to provide a New Pastor to lead our church with God's vision. Thank you.
